Jennie’s passions are fitness and holistic wellness. She believes a person’s health is a combination of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. In addition to massage therapy, Jennie has been a certified personal trainer for two years and specializes in functional and pain-free movement. She has extensive knowledge on movement patterns, mobility, and how the whole body is connected.

When becoming a massage therapist, Jennie set her mission to provide a healing touch that promotes relaxation, relieves tension, and enhances overall health and performance.

Strength training is the best form of exercise people of any age should endure in. When you schedule a personal training session with Jennie, she will first have you perform a movement assessment. This will help her know what movement restrictions you may have and can better customize sessions moving forward. Jennie focuses on functional training. Functional training focuses on improving your everyday mobility and functional fitness to excel in daily activities.

Jennie also has extensive training in Pain Free Movement. Lifting weights and exercising should not be painful! Jennie’s extensive knowledge in the anatomy of the body, mobility, trigger points, and muscle work are an ideal combination for a pain free functional movement personal training session.

Along with personal training, Jennie can assist in at home stretches and nutritional advice. She also has trusted connections in the fitness and nutrition industry to where she is confident she can point you in the right direction to achieving your goals. Athletes, beginners, experienced, and all ages are welcome!
